1st time passed the Biddle at Rio Hondo with a 8:50 score.

I definitely learned a lot with this one go around🫡😁

I can definitely say next time around my time will be better and I’m also proud of myself because I did this with all of my own programming and training, but more importantly I went in and just figured it out without any formal training, any academy…nothing but pure cojones😈

I’m so impressed with my son’s motor skills, coordination, and balance.

Since he was real little I noticed he has always been advance with his body control…I definitely am looking forward to being my son’s personal trainer💪🏽🙏🏽

I’ve been training people for years but let me be honest with you about who I’m really built to serve.

First responders. Firefighter candidates. EMTs. Law enforcement.

Not because it sounds cool. Because I’m in it with you.

I just completed a 12-week EMT program — and I won’t sugarcoat it. That was one of the hardest things I’ve done. Most days I was running on 4 to 5 hours of sleep. Still had to show up for my clients every morning. Still had to be a father and a husband. Still had to run my business.

We started with about 60 people in that class. Roughly 15 of us finished.

I’m not posting this for applause. I’m posting this because if you’re out here stacking hard things on top of each other — chasing the badge, handling life, refusing to quit — I want you to know someone sees it.

Now I’m training for the Biddle/CPAT and applying to departments across LA and OC.

I’m not a trainer looking in from the outside. I’m building the same thing you’re building — while helping you build it faster.
