About Us:
Capital Aquatics is a year round swim team that participates in USA Swimming competitions. Located in Corydon, Indiana the team practices at the Harrison County YMCA. Our Mission:
To build a program of excellence in athletic training, team unity, character development, child protection, and family support. Through the pursuit of our dreams and goals we will learn valuable life skills and develop the drive to achieve our potential in swimming and in life. Our Core Values:

Congratulations to all the swimmers who competed this weekend at the Summer Divisional Championships! We are so proud of all of them. They have woken up early every day this summer in order to train and get ready for this championship meet. It takes a lot of dedication from these kids to wake up that early especially during summer! They’ve all put in the work and it paid off this weekend! Lots of good time drops and improvements were made. We are looking forward to an amazing winter season and can’t wait to see everyone back on September 1st!!

This program is such a wonderful opportunity to bridge the gap between swim lessons and Capital Aquatics, helping young swimmers continue to grow their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.

Thank you to Coaches Mark and Moodie for all of your time, encouragement, and dedication. We are so excited to see these future CA swimmers continue to learn and grow!

Swimming teaches so much more than what happens in the pool - discipline, teamwork, confidence, perseverance, and friendship. We are so proud of these athletes!!

Congratulations to Capital Aquatics former swimmer, and coach Megan King!!! Who won the Indiana University School of Dentistry Top Undergraduate Research Award for her work in nanotechnology…particularly, creating chitin nanofibers through electrospinning to add into dental composite resins.

…I had to google that one too.

Way to go Megan!! Impressive accomplishment. We are all very proud of you! 👏
