Each class includes, a warm-up, aerobic segment, muscle toning, flexibility exercises, and a cool-down, and is appropriate for all fitness levels. JAZZERCISE offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements. The new JAZZERCISE is offered in several class formats including Dance Mixx, Interval, Strike, Fusion, Core, and Strength. All formats rock the house with fresh moves and popular music.
