Training isn’t about taking 100s of reps. It’s the intention and quality of those reps. Quality over quantity! ⚾️

Watch Jax on this clip from yesterdays session. His first swing isn’t his best. But instead of getting frustrated or immediately stepping back in, he pauses for a couple of seconds. He’s thinking. What did I do wrong? What needs to change? How do I fix it? 📚🧪

Then he steps back in and sends the next one on a line to the back of the cage. That mindset isn’t something that just happens..it’s something that’s taught and practiced. 🚀

One thing I constantly preach to all my athletes is to “Reset and Regroup.” Don’t let one bad rep turn into five. Learn from it, make the adjustment, and attack the next one with confidence! 💯

My guy Daniel hit his very first home run yesterday… and it wasn’t just any home run—he cleared the scoreboard in center field! 💣⚾️

When his parents sent me the video, I couldn’t help but smile. I’ve seen the countless swings, the days he wanted to give up because he couldn’t quite figure it out, and the literal blood, sweat, and tears he’s poured into this game. I’ve been able to witness the hard work, the setbacks, and the perseverance every step of the way.

That’s why seeing him accomplish one of his biggest goals makes me incredibly proud. Moments like these are earned, not given.

Keep pushing yourself, Daniel-San! This is only the first of many. Proud of you, kid! ⚾️💪
