SSB Squat — primary bilateral squat pattern. Building lower body muscle, strength, and power.
Isometric Belt Squat Test — measuring lower body force production to track real strength output.
Med Ball Scoop Toss — upper body plyometric for core rotation. Same fast tempo as the jumps to build rate of force development.
Cable Chop — focused on two-arm trunk rotation. Building rotational strength and control through the core.
Single Arm Farmers Walk — anti-lateral flexion, hip stability, and grip strength in one movement.
DB Jump Squat — fast down, fast up. Emphasizing rate of force development.
Single Leg RDL — hinge pattern focused on hamstrings, glutes, and single-leg stability with strong hip extension.
Keiser 90/90 External Rotation — targeted rotator cuff work for shoulder health and stability.
Foundational Strength. ⚡
Right now the priority is simple: Proper form. Full range of motion. Volume load.
We’re training in the 0.5–0.75 m/s velocity zone to build real strength through neurological adaptation. Younger athletes often see 30–40% strength gains before major muscle size increases. Muscle mass will follow. This is how serious development is built.
