At Girl Power Carolinas, our all-girls flag football leagues and training opportunities are built for girls in grades K–12 of all experience levels — whether they are brand new to the game or ready to take the next step.

Through leagues, camps, clinics, small group training, and private training, our girls learn more than just flag football. They learn how to be great teammates, build confidence, compete with courage, lead with positivity, and have FUN while growing their love for the game.
