While some of our drivers still have one or two races left, ’s off-season is officially here. One of the elements we include in the aerobic phase of off-season training is oxidative lifting. By using this slower tempo, we can elicit hypertrophy of the slow-twitch muscle fibers, providing the driver with more static and slow speed strength and endurance while in the car.
