Pilates Physique is a full service Pilates Studio that serves the Lake Norman, NC area. All sessions by appointment. Register and pay online.
Private, Semi-private and Group Classes are offered thru Pilates Physique in Cornelius, NC. We offer small group apparatus in studio and currently all group mat classes are offered via zoom. Register for class to receive zoom link. Three privates required for all new students to Pilates Physique. We support our local community and hope to provde service for all fitness and financial levels.

Couldn’t be more proud of lucian ☀️🌊🐚 you started your choreography journey 4 years ago and since then you’ve taken it all at nationals, consistently rank within the top 5 overalls and now in the top 20 moving onto the solo improv round Artists Simply Human nationals joining many talented dancers including stella jo bush both representing Havilah Dance Company
These kids rocked Pilates today. Gave their dads some quiet time and came to class and kicked butt! 🏋️ shoutout to Kameron Foster and Kolton both executed rollover with control and ease!
Working full body today and broke out a new prop! Last Pilates session for these 2 before they head to nationals! The Dance Spot break a leg y’all!

To help spread scoliosis education and awareness, I'm hosting a FREE Scolio-Pilates® Information Session on Sunday, June 28th.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, have been living with scoliosis for years, or simply want to learn more, this presentation will introduce you to Scolio-Pilates®, scoliosis-specific movement, and ways to better understand your unique curve pattern.
💚 Plus, one lucky attendee will be drawn to win my Fusion Method Fundamentals course and can begin learning about their scoliosis, Scolio-Pilates®, and yoga for scoliosis that very day!

Second class today apprentices, juniors, preteens. Focus was control, squaring hips and softening the ribs. They rocked it!
Love these teenies! One missed class cause of a play date and their reaction is so sweet 🥹 we focused on flexion and weight distribution, planks and balance.
Prepping for nationals. Focusing on centering, derotation & rotation as well as hip/ trunk stability while working in parallel This my newest endeavor bringing Pilates to the local dance community in LKN and Charlotte.
