Today is a special day as we celebrate the beautiful people and incredible country that have held a special place in our hearts for many years.

Many of our friends don’t know that Zack spent nearly 17 years living and working in The Bahamas. During that time, he had the privilege of serving as a real estate agent, becoming a director of the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA), and teaching the entry licensing course for aspiring real estate professionals across the islands.

But what he treasures most aren’t the titles—it’s the friendships, the memories, and the incredible Bahamian people who welcomed him as family.

The Bahamas will always be more than just a place on a map. It’s a place filled with lifelong friendships, unforgettable experiences, and a culture we deeply admire and love.

To all of our friends throughout the islands, we wish you a joyful Independence Day filled with celebration, laughter, pride, and time with those you love.

Every now and then, we’re reminded that real estate isn’t really about houses.

This week, we had the incredible honor of helping a wonderful family from Afghanistan purchase their very first home.

Like so many families who come to America, they arrived with dreams much bigger than the things they left behind. They worked hard, sacrificed, learned a new way of life, and never gave up on the belief that one day they could have a place to truly call their own.

That day finally came.

Watching them receive the keys to their first home was one of those moments that reminds us exactly why we love what we do. There were smiles, happy tears, and a feeling that is difficult to put into words. A house became a home… and a new chapter began.

Throughout the process, our goal was simple: make sure they felt informed, protected, understood, and cared for every step of the way. Buying a home can be overwhelming—especially when you’re navigating a different language, a different culture, and a system you’ve never experienced before. We wanted them to know they never had to face it alone.

Their trust in us is something we’ll never take for granted.

To the Murad family—thank you for allowing us to be a small part of such an important milestone. We couldn’t be happier for you, and we can’t wait to watch the memories you create in your new home.
