The Yellow Jackets finished in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA D3 National Tournament and finished their season with a record of 27-4.

MONDAY NIGHT TESTING EVENTS

Starting in April, we’re introducing a dedicated testing session on the first Monday of each month to measure key athletic performance metrics.

Athletes will be able to track their numbers, measure progress, and see how their training is translating to performance.

Details:

📅 When: First Monday of each month
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
👟 Who: Athletes in grades 3–12

Pricing:
• FREE for current members
• $15 for non-members

Testing Includes:
• Flying 10 (Sprint)
• Vertical Jump
• Broad Jump
• 5-10-5 (Pro Agility)
• Max Chin-Ups

⚠️ Space is limited to 8 athletes per session to ensure accurate testing and quality coaching.

We’re excited to host our upcoming 3v3v3 Basketball Tournament for Middle School Boys and Girls this Tuesday, March 3rd from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM at The Carolina Factory!

This is a quick reminder with a few important details:
• Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and team assignments
• Bring athletic shoes, water bottle, and positive energy
• Teams and game format will be reviewed at the start of the event
• Spectators are welcome to come support!

Our 3v3v3 format keeps the pace high, maximizes touches, and creates a fun, competitive environment for all players. We’re looking forward to a great morning of basketball, teamwork, and energy on the court.
