I grew up with ADHD so, I know what it's like to live in constant disorganization and failure to achieve my potential. I always thought I could do better, I just couldn't will myself to get it done. Eventually, I came to believe its was some sort of character flaw that kept me from performing my best at anything. Knowing is Half the Battle
Being diagnosed with ADHD at age 35 was both a spiritual and intellectual awakening. I realized I wasn't stupid, my brain is just works differently. Physically, chemically, operationally, I am different from ~95% of the population. And the good news was, I could use that knowledge to learn organization skills, improve my focus and concentration, and soften my social interactions all in a way that made sense to me and my ADHD brain.
