Six months of showing up, putting his head down, and getting to work.

Xander has made some serious strides in the facility, but what stands out most is the way he trains. There’s a purpose behind his work, he competes, and he’s not afraid to push himself.

He’s building a great foundation heading into basketball season, and we can’t wait to see what he does with it.

Shoutout to our guy Dallas!

Dallas showed up all summer with a purpose. Making a 40+ minute drive, 3x per week, he consistently brought a great attitude, worked hard, and stayed committed to getting better.

That consistency paid off in a big way. Dallas put together an incredible summer of growth, and it’s been awesome watching his hard work translate into real progress.

Jens is one of those athletes who simply shows up and gets to it. He’s incredibly hard-working, mature beyond his age, and brings the same level of focus and effort every time he walks through our doors.

Regardless of the day, the workout, or what’s being asked of him, his approach never wavers. He listens, takes coaching, attacks the work in front of him, and continues to set a great example for the athletes around him.
