This is a real day in the studio. If you’ve ever experienced a class or our environment, you will get it. Most people don’t see this part but we literally are working out and then the next thing you know, we are praying or worshiping. As women we go through so much and we just need a place where we can find encouragement, support and Love. So many times we feel alone, but we really have everything we need when we have each other. We are SURELY our sister’s keeper. We don’t compete, we don’t judge.

We get to experience each other in such a positive way, so much so that you realize that it’s God giving you the answer to your prayer in a form of other people that want just what you want.

When we leave for the night, we leave full and fee in so many ways.🙏🏾🩷🩷😍
