Happiest of birthdays to our very own Amy Holland! 🥳There's a good chance you've seen her at the gym at any given time of day. Not only does she put up with some of the most delinquent classes we have 🤣 she clocks in at 30+ personal training sessions every single week.
You've also probably seen her running her Actively Aging program, playing tiger tails with our CrossFit Kids or attending late night sporting events to watch her student athlete clients.
She's been a huge part of Vitality and I know everyone would agree that she deserves the best year yet!
If you see her today, wish her a very Happy Birthday… Or even better… Give her a BIG HUG 😉

Happy 40th to the one who keeps this place running like clockwork 💪 🎉
15 years at Vitality—coach, motivator, and the one who somehow keeps us all in line (no small task).
She balances it all—athlete, coach, manager, and mom—and she makes it look seamless (even when we know it’s not).
Here’s to 40 years of strength, health, and happiness and many more ahead.

Sydney is not only one of our group class coaches, but she also specializes in personal training and small group training for our younger and teen athletes. Now that school is wrapping up, we wanted to share some available timeframes she has opening in her schedule.
Tuesdays:
12:00-1:45
Wednesdays:
11:15-11:45
1:00-1:45
Fridays:
10-11
We offer 30-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute sessions. If you're interested, email [email protected] for pricing and to get on her schedule!
