In our foundations class at Sun Martial Arts our students receive technical and efficient instruction while also being allowed to expolre those techniques at their varying skill levels. Young students can participate in the foundations class and begin to understand what it takes to truly grasp a self defense system such as the one taught at Sun MMA. It a great place for young students to start. It is also where Little Dragons graduate to be...it is a stepping stone to the next level of understanding the foundation of what will make them a better martial artist.
