It's Spirit Week at Sun MMA and the kids enjoyed class Monday in the comfort of their PJ's. Another Pajama Day tuesday and then Beach day on Wednesday and Thursday where kids can wear their favorite tropical shirt and pants. Come and join the festivities!

The New Kid at Lunch
When Daniel started at a new school, lunchtime was the hardest part of his day. Every table seemed full. Everyone already had friends.
For three days, he sat by himself.
Across the cafeteria, Emma noticed him. She wanted to invite him to sit with her group, but she felt nervous. What if her friends thought it was weird? What if Daniel said no?
She almost ignored the feeling and kept eating.
Instead, she stood up, walked across the room, and smiled.
"Want to sit with us?"
Daniel smiled back. "I'd like that."
Months later, they had become close friends.
Emma realized she had been scared too—but if she had listened to her fear, she would have missed out on an amazing friendship.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply take the first step.

There are many ways to get an opponenet off balance. In the last adult class at Sun Master Hawk went over a handful of techniques to quickly get an oponent off balnce and down.
