DUBY BASEBALL is looking for young players and families who want to get in at the beginning and become part of something built the right way.
And we already have the right person to lead it.
Our new 8U team will be coached by a former college baseball player who grew up in our program, learned the DUBY WAY, and now gets the opportunity to pass it on to the next generation.
That matters.
He knows what we teach.
He knows what we expect.
He knows how our players are supposed to practice, compete and carry themselves.
Now we're looking for the FOUNDING PLAYERS of this team.
⚾ Players who love baseball.
⚾ Players who want to learn.
⚾ Players who aren't afraid to work.
⚾ Players who want to compete.
⚾ Families looking for real development — not hype.
AT 8U, WE ARE NOT TRYING TO BUILD LITTLE MAJOR LEAGUERS.
We're building the foundation.
Throw correctly.
Catch correctly.
Field correctly.
Swing correctly.
Run the bases correctly.
Understand the game.
Learn how to practice.
Learn how to compete.
Learn how to be a great teammate.
And most importantly…
MAKE THEM LOVE BASEBALL.
Winning matters. Competition matters.
But at 8U, development comes first.
We aren't chasing rings, rankings or trophies at the expense of teaching kids how to actually play the game.
We are building players.
8U → 10U: BUILD THE ATHLETE.
11U → 12U: BUILD THE PLAYER.
13U → 14U: BUILD THE HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER.
14U → 18U: BUILD THE NEXT OPPORTUNITY.
That's the pathway.
That's the DUBY WAY.
