The "Survey Says" theirs never been a better time to join our fitness party than right now! Bring your fitness shoes, some hydration, a friend, and a smile and let's crank this party back up! Tonight starts a 6-week run (until Labor Day). No matter if you're a weekly regular, the ol every now and then'er, or a first timer...you're ALL invited to jam with us on Mondays and get that week started right! Hello friends. Sandra and I are off this week at Trinity Lutheran Church in Landis for Zumba BUT, we’d like to share the link to our new line dance Choosin Texas by Ella Langley. It’s only the the hottest🔥 song 🔥 on the planet so we’ll be rolling this out next Monday July 27th at 6:30pm when we’re back for an awesome 6 week run leading up to Labor Day and the official END of this Summer heat 🙏🏼👍🏼.

Sandra and I wanted to just say “Thank you” to the awesome peeps at last nights dance fitness party at Trinity Lutheran Church in Landis! Although not wall to wall this time due to Summer vacations (we just got back from one), it felt like it! You were loud, FULL of energy, and pushed us hard, AND WE LOVED IT!!
Just a friendly reminder that we will not be instructing this coming Monday July 20th as the awesome Vacation Bible School will be in full effect but we make the big return on Monday July 27th and run every Monday until Labor Day!
