Sandra and I wanted to just say “Thank you” to the awesome peeps at last nights dance fitness party at Trinity Lutheran Church in Landis! Although not wall to wall this time due to Summer vacations (we just got back from one), it felt like it! You were loud, FULL of energy, and pushed us hard, AND WE LOVED IT!!
Just a friendly reminder that we will not be instructing this coming Monday July 20th as the awesome Vacation Bible School will be in full effect but we make the big return on Monday July 27th and run every Monday until Labor Day!

Sandra and I are back from the beach and we're ready to rock the house for our Dance Fitness Party at Trinity Lutheran Church in Landis on Monday July 13th at 6:30pm. Door open at 6:15pm so grab your bestie, your Gatorade, and your dancing fitness shoes and LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!
Wait, you haven't been to our class yet? We LOVE our newcomers in this very large full court gymnasium with dance club feel with party lighting and great sound system. We are open to ALL fitness levels and ages. No excuses! See you there.

Summer of 2026 is all about getting fit and staying that way! Sandra and I are here to help with your party and goals!

Get your group together right now for the weekly Monday Night Mashup of new and classic Zumba Fitness, line dance, Toning weights workout, which all include warmups, cool downs, and a final stretch!

All of this in an air conditioned, full court gymnasium with premium sound and club style lighting. If you haven’t joined our party, what are you waiting on?! We 💗 our newbies and encourage you to bring a friend and change your mind and body every Monday at 6:30pm in Landis, NC at Trinity Lutheran Church.

Tonight, we’ll start with getting our “Boots on the Ground” and then we’ll bring back a little Tina Turner and Proud Mary. Zumbatime circle fitness high cardio blast. 2 weight training songs (we’ll provide those weights), and many hits from artists like Pitbull, Meghan Trainor, Usher, Miley Cyrus, and many others. 14 jams total and the finest and funnest (wait, is that a word) people in Landis, Kannapolis, China Grove, and surrounding areas.

Where: Trinity Lutheran Church Landis (7 minutes from downtown Kannapolis)
When: Every Monday night at 6:30pm (1 hour class, doors open at 6:15pm)
Who: Rob & Sandra Cox (13+ years licensed Zumba Fitness instructor team)
How much: $5 per person

Okay Party People!!
Here is the NEW jam I'll be hitting the floor with this evening and I have good news. This instructor had a sped up (wait, is that a word?) version of the song on this video and we will NOT be doing that speed. The regular speed version for 4 minutes is plenty.
"Rock This Party" is on and starting tonight at Sportscenter Athletic Club at 7:30pm. It's a little repetitive but WOW what a core and cardio workout we've got here!! I hope you like it because you'll feel this one tomorrow....and that's a good thing!
