45 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity training combining Pilates, strength, and cardio. Built around our custom Rowformer and Bike, each class moves seamlessly between resistance and cardio for a full-body workout. Pilates principles, strength training, and intentional cardio — programmed through expert-designed 12-week movement cycles that progress week by week, supported by intelligent, trackable performance metrics.
