Story of a burpee:
Fall down, get back up

How to Perform a Standard Burpee
1. The Drop: From a standing position, drop down to the ground. You can jump your feet straight back into a plank or step back.
2. Contact: Lower your body until both your chest and thighs touch the floor.
3. The Rise: Jump or step your feet forward into a wide, flat-footed stance.
4. The Jump: Explode upward into a small jump, lightly clapping your hands overhead or tapping a designated target.
