In honor of Dolly Parton and her shared family recipes, I've adapted hers for our Ham and Pork Shoulder cuts! Start with a baste of mustard, brown sugar and cloves. Add hickory flavored powder or sauce for that taste of down home country. I added ginger ale for a sweet, bubbly flavor. Brown pineapple chunks in the sauce, add to the meat and serve!

Our production facility flooded, forcing us to shut down for nearly a week. We’ve lost product, production time, staff wages, and had to cancel the rest of our August events.

A lot of you have asked how you can help, so we’re offering a simple way:

Every purchase will help us recover lost staff wages, cancelled revenue, and product.

We’re not asking for a handout. We just wanted to offer something tangible in return for your support. For logistics purposes, stickers will only be available locally.
