The gym doesn’t care about your former gyms.
The gym doesn’t care about that spin class you quit, the meditation you hated, or the park workout that made you want to puke.
The gym isn’t here to punish you for what you ate.
The gym doesn’t care about your wardrobe, your tattoos or your mistakes. If it did, the gym wouldn’t let me in either. :)
But yesterday’s box score doesn’t count in the gym.

Today we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy as Americans, but we’re also reminded that our greatest strength has always been our ability to come together despite our differences.
That idea isn’t just the foundation of our country—it’s the foundation of our community at CrossFit CSG.
Different ages. Different careers. Different backgrounds. Different fitness levels. One hour, one workout, one community, all pushing each other to be better.
As we celebrate Independence Day, we’re grateful for the opportunity to pursue health, challenge ourselves, and stand alongside people who make us stronger.

Celebrating and staying on track aren’t opposites. A few simple choices can make a huge difference:
💧 Drink plenty of water between alcoholic drinks.
🍺 Choose lighter drink options or simply have one less.

🥗 Fill your plate with lean meats, fruit, and veggies first, then enjoy your favorite holiday treats.
