This morning, the Supreme Court issued opinions on Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J – two cases about the freedom of transgender girls to play school sports.
This is a heartbreaking outcome for our clients and for transgender women and girls across the country.
Let's be clear. This opinion will not...
- Promote women’s equality in sports ⚽
- Address barriers to equality in sports like unequal pay 💲
- Protect women from harassment. 🛡️
However, this opinion will...
- Restrict the freedom to play school sports 🇺🇸
- Pave the way for 's*x testing' girls across the country ⚠️
- Embolden future attacks on transgender rights. 🏳️⚧️
Equitas Health will not remain silent in the face of such injustice. We will continue to fight for you and your rights.
