Today, the strength community lost a truly special man and our Body Evolution family lost someone who meant so much to us.
Mr. Oates was more than someone we respected. He was a source of wisdom, encouragement, and genuine support. He believed in small gyms like ours and understood that what we build inside these walls is about far more than weights it is about people, relationships, and community.
His humility matched his strength, and his presence left an impact that will remain with us for years to come. We are incredibly grateful to have known him, learned from him, and felt his support.
Our hearts are with his family and everyone who loved him.
Rest easy, Mr. Oates. Your work here is done, go make them stronger in heaven.
