When you get conformatable with your life and diseases/health issues it makes it harder to change. Modern life shows you hot to live to end somewhere in the medical world. No thank you.
Ending your showers with 2:00 of cold water can be a huge mental and energy shift. If you take it then your circulatory and lymphatic systems suck.
