Learn a fierce heels choreography inspired by the Russian exotic pole style. Expect dynamic movement, powerful tricks, smooth flow, and bass-heavy music.
👠 Some pole + heels experience required, but there will be several modifications to fit all levels
💃🏻 Boots recommended (sandals are okay!)
🖤 Knee pads required
BAD A$$ HEEL TRICKS ❤️🔥 July 19th, 2026 @ 4PM
Explore heels-based tricks, flow, and kips while building the technique and confidence to move powerfully in heels. Expect focus on box work, ankle strength, kip technique, and fluid movement.
👠 Modifications will be offered, but prior heels experience is extremely helpful

This all-levels workshop introduces the fundamentals of double-loop chains while exploring more advanced techniques such as wraps and drops. You’ll build strength, confidence, and artistry as you learn to move through the air suspended from chains.
