Receiving at the 45 degree angle, the half turn.
Two touch, then one touch. The work happens before the ball arrives, adjust your feet so your body opens as you receive. Open body, and the next pass is already on.
Full drill database is on our YouTube, link in bio.
Year four of TTFF is done.
Record number of players this year, and the development showed in every one of them.
Best part was watching them compete.

Toured some stadiums while in France 🤩🤩. Allianz Riviera OGC Nice and the Parc des Princes Paris Saint-Germain.
Four pole directional touch drill.
Work through directional touches, body shape adjustments, and dribbling all in a tight area — combining touches, dribbles, and quick passes in one sequence.
Touch. Adjust. Dribble. Connect. Repeat.
Built for players who are already comfortable taking directional touches and adapting their body shape on the move. Put yourself in a game situation when you run it. The more specific the picture in your head, the more you get out of each rep.
All you need is a partner and four poles.

Poor air quality shut down Finishing Friday tonight, so instead here are a few shots from the past couple of weeks to keep the vibes high. It’s been a great camp, players competing hard and getting better every session. Looking forward to seeing everyone back Tuesday!
Rebounder passing drill to warm up your touch and turns.
Pass in, take a directional first touch, and work through a specific turn. Mix and match whatever touch you want to dial in with the change of direction turn you're working on.
Move first touch. Turn. Repeat.
Good for warming up or isolating a specific touch or turn one rep at a time. No partner needed. A rebounder or a wall is all it takes.
Stack a few reps and build comfort on the ball.
