When life gets heavy, your heart gets tired, and you feel like you don’t have another step left in you, you have to KEEP GOING‼️

✨ You may feel broken, weary, or ready to give up, but remember - God is near to the brokenhearted, downtrodden, and gives strength to the weary!

✨ Stay planted.

✨ Don’t uproot yourself because of a hard season.🌱

✨ What feels like pressure may be producing purpose AND fruit that will allow you to help others who feel the same.

✨ What feels like delay may be preparation - You’ve come too far to quit now.

🗣️ Keep trusting. Keep believing. Keep going. God is still with you AND He’s not finished with you yet!

🩷 God will send you into rooms where you will be a resource, because He's your SOURCE 🙌🏾

Last night, I had the honor of facilitating my first Trauma Support Group, and my heart is FULL. 🥹🩷 A special thank you to my sister in Christ Stephanie K. Starks for trusting me with the opportunity to create space for healing, connection, and vulnerability.

We laughed, talked, shared, and created the cutest bookmarks! ✨ Each bookmark was intentionally and significantly created, carrying meaning, reflection, and a piece of each woman’s story.

Healing requires safe spaces where we can be seen, heard, supported, and reminded that we don't have to walk through life alone. Trauma-informed ministry is NECESSARY because God desires for us to experience healing, wholeness, healthy relationships, and the abundant life He created us to live.

Trauma may be part of our story - but it does NOT have the authority to define who we are. What matters is how we choose to heal, how we allow God to restore us, and how we courageously reclaim the life He intended for us.

We don’t just survive—we "Heal on Purpose" 🩷

Birthdays are a very big deal to our community 🩷 We also celebrate all month long, Happy Birthday to our beloved sister Keauna Marshall such an amazing human-being with a golden soul 💐👑🫂🙏🏾

August is the month of DISCIPLINE 🍃🩷

"For the time being no discipline brings joy, but seems sad and painful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness [right standing with God and a lifestyle and attitude that seeks conformity to God’s will and purpose." - Hebrews 12:11 (AMP)

Walking with God isn't always the easiest thing to do, but it becomes possible when we TRULY surrender our will, choose obedience to Him them ourselves, and place our faith in Him and Him alone 🙌🏾

Every act of discipline is worship unto the Father because it's due to Him. Every act of obedience shows that we trust God and with every sacrifice draws us near and closer to the heart of God.

Discipline is NOT punishment, yet an act of LOVE. It's us choosing God's ways over our own - especially in difficult times! This month, let's TRULY commit to living intentionally, trusting God completely, and allowing Him to shape us into everything He's called us to be.

What's on the other side of the harvest is worth it, trust the process 🫶🏾

Today, we proudly celebrate one of our very own, our beloved Elder Theresa Woods! 💐🩷

Congratulations on receiving the "Legacy of Faith Award" from City of Grace this past Saturday. This honor is a beautiful reflection of a life faithfully lived for Christ and a legacy that continues to impact generations.

Theresa is a pillar in our Women United Community—a woman full of love, light, wisdom, and grace. She genuinely pours into others, disciples with a servant's heart, and leads by example. Every conversation, prayer, and act of kindness reflects the heart of God.

As if this season wasn't already special, she also celebrated her 75th birthday just a few months ago! What a beautiful testament to God's faithfulness.

We love you, "Auntie." Thank you for loving us so well, encouraging us so faithfully, and showing us what it means to walk humbly with God. Your life is a blessing, and your legacy will continue to inspire so many.

Please help us celebrate Elder Theresa Woods! Congratulations on such a well-deserved honor! 🌸✨

May God continue to strengthen her, bless her, and multiply the seeds she has sown into the lives of so many. 💕

OBSERVATION is one of the GREATEST forms & sources of wisdom!

✨ Don't discount what you see: how people treat you, who shows up for you, who speaks life into you, even who supports you PUBLICLY❗

✨ Stop allowing people to only support you in private!

✨ Stop staying in or wanting to be in places where people act like they don't see you! Trust me, THEY SEE YOU 🎯

✨ No more supporting without reciprocation
(that causes one to be bitter) - because love is an ACTION word 🎯

The light God placed inside of you was never meant to be hidden—it was meant to reveal Him. Every act of love, every word of encouragement, every step of obedience, and every display of integrity becomes a testimony of God's goodness.

✨ Your light is someone's reminder that God is still faithful.

✨ Your light may be the very thing that leads someone back to Christ ---- So shine boldly 💛

💛Shine in your home.
💛Shine on your job.
💛Shine in your community.
💛Shine in every room God allows you to enter.

You weren't called to blend into the darkness—you were called to illuminate it. Let your life point people to Jesus, so that when they see you, they glorify the Father who lives within you!!

Today was everything! 🩷

Our Women United Community gathered for our bi-monthly fellowship, where the theme was Bible Tassel Creation. We laughed, connected, encouraged one another, and spent intentional time creating something beautiful together.

There's something so special about our community. Every gathering brings healing, hope, and sisterhood in ways that words can't fully describe. We leave each time a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little more reminded that we're never walking this journey alone.

We also centered our sister Monica Thacker-Duncan who retired from the Department of Defense after 42 beautiful years of service 💐

We also celebrated our July birthdays: Daisha Duncan Tasha Parks Whitney Monique 🎂👑

And yes—we created some absolutely beautiful Bible tassels! ✨📖
