We had the best morning at the Wimbledon Whites Tennis Round Robin!🎾

Great fun, awesome people, and delicious strawberries and cream🍓The morning was followed by Wimbledon Whites & Brunch Bites in the Island Grill where there was live match viewing, signature cocktails, elevated brunch, and more strawberries and cream!!

Congratulations to our very own, Brooks Urquhart, on winning the 61st Georgia Junior Championship!🏆

Brooks carded a final round 68 (-4) to win by four strokes. And thank you to for capturing this great accomplishment!

We would like to welcome our new First Assistant Golf Professional, Ross Malmgren! His lifelong passion for golf led him into the golf industry where he has served in several leadership positions. He is excited to build relationships with members and staff while continuing to learn and grown alongside our talented team of professionals. We are looking forward to him contributing to the experience that makes Green Island Country Club so unique!! 🦢

You just had to bee there! A little glimpse at our amazing Honey Harvest Dinner🍯

Every dish and cocktail was infused with honey harvested from our course. Garrett, our Course Superintendent, provided an engaging and fun presentation regarding the life cycle of our bees and the important role they play in our ecosystem. The entire dinner was crafted to perfection—from the dining experience, to the interactive elements, and the design. Our team is truly magnificent at what they do and we are so thrilled to be able to provide these events to you all. Another massive thank you to for their partnership on this event, providing seasonal vegetables and helping us bring you a farm-to-table experience.

Did you know?🍯 Our agronomy team has been harvesting honey from the course since 2024 and we now have over 12 hives! We are excited to provide a four-course dinner that incorporates this honey in every dish. From hive to table, this unique culinary experience is going to be all the buzz..🐝
