What a day at the M3S Sports Grandview Yard Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon & 5K! RUNColumbus teammates were out in force—racing, cheering, connecting and soaking up a beautiful August morning together.
Another great reminder that the miles matter, but the people make the experience.

RUNColumbus showed up at the Shawshank Hustle—and apparently we understood the assignment.
A crew of teammates got together for a little non-series racing, a lot of fun, and one pretty impressive group costume.
And they WON the Group Costume Contest! 🏆
This is what we love about this community. The races on the schedule bring us together—but the friendships go way beyond the series.

Another weekend. Two races. A LOT to celebrate. 🙌
Team RUNColumbus kicked things off Saturday at the Baltimore Festival 5K, where Munir and Billur each captured age group wins.
Then came Sunday’s Blacklick Creek 5 Miler, our latest Challenger Series race—and the team brought the 🔥.

Congratulations to our teammate Andy Bracken on completing the Akron Marathon Race Series half on Saturday and the Blacklick Creek 5 Miller on Sunday. Great work, Andy!
The third annual Licking Heights Hornets 5K brought plenty of school spirit from start to finish!
Runners and walkers began and ended inside Hornets Stadium, welcomed by cheerleaders and the sounds of the marching band. When the band is playing and the stadium is buzzing, fall must be right around the corner.
RUNColumbus teammates also delivered some strong finishes. John and Jonathon placed second and third overall, respectively, while Carolyn finished second overall.
A big thank-you to our teammate Diana for leading such a well-executed and well-supported event. Her heart for the Licking Heights community was evident throughout the morning.
Congratulations to everyone who crossed the finish line and helped make the third year of this race another success!

Back-to-school routines return. College football is right around the corner. And for runners training for the Columbus Marathon—or another fall goal race—the miles are starting to matter even more.

The ninth annual Strength in Colors 5K brought families, survivors, runners, walkers, and community partners together at the Westerville Sports Complex to support cancer prevention, education, and patient assistance programs across Ohio. RUNColumbus was proud to move alongside a community united by an important mission.
Billur led the way as the first overall female finisher!

Christmas in July brought us a gift runners can always appreciate—a gorgeous morning with refreshingly cool temperatures!
From the marathon start at 6:30 a.m. through the half marathon, quarter marathon, and 5K, our teammates took on the tree-lined out-and-back course along the TJ Evans Bike Path. Different distances. Different goals. One team cheering each other forward.
A special thank-you to every RUNColumbus teammate who volunteered. You helped keep the morning running smoothly and made the experience even more welcoming for everyone on the course.
We were also excited to welcome our two newest teammates, Alyssa and Christy, to their first race with the team. We’re so glad you’re here!
A beautiful course, happy miles, and teammates showing up for one another. That’s how we do race day.
