🎥 crumbs from the season

What a journey it has been. As defending champions, we knew every team would be gunning for us, and this season tested us in every way a season can. We fought, we grew, and we gave everything we had, but this year, the story ends differently. Our run came to a close at the afterfinals in Newport Beach, California, closing the season ranked 5th in Major League Pickleball.

To our players, thank you! Andrei Daescu, our captain, who led this team with heart all season. Parris Todd, whose competitive fire never let up. Tyra Black, who battled at every stop. CJ Klinger, our hometown kid, who gave Columbus a reason to be proud. Alex Crum, who brought energy this team fed off of. And Judit Castillo, whose grit showed up everywhere. And also to those who wore a Sliders jersey in between, thank you for everything you gave this season.
