Now that we have had some time to get back and settled at home, wanted to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to for taking 12th at the 2026 Arnold Strongwoman Pro/Am! It was a stacked class and she put on a great show 💪🏻 the sky is the limit as she continues developing as a new pro strongwoman

Back in the lab after our snow (ice) day. Hopefully everyone stayed safe, warm and can get back to their routine 💪🏻 do not wait till next week to get back on track, it will be 100x harder

Come by tomorrow and see us and support and for the annual Beast Bash competition hosted by .fitness. All proceeds go to Cancer Services of Gastonia and help fund those here locally that are affected by cancer as well as helping Emily travel for her first strongwoman competition as a pro! Big shoutout to everyone who helped sponsor the show and make it the biggest one yet!
We will be out there with the latest drops and a sign up sheet for anyone looking to get one of our earlier drops! The competition begins at 1 pm for those who would like to watch the action, food and beverages will be available for purchase as well. Come out and support a great cause!
