Freedom was never free. It was carried by hands that served, families that waited, and lives that were laid down so the rest of us could stand in open fields without fear. We think of our veterans, the ones still here and the ones we’ve lost, and the weight they carried so we could feel light.
May we never forget that this freedom belongs to all of us every body, every story, every soul deserving of safety and peace. Today, we honor that sacrifice not just with words, but by living lives worthy of it: present, grateful, and free.

Nervous System Regulation Technique #2 (Earthing/Touch)
The nervous system trusts what it can feel.
Try this today: bare feet on grass, dirt, or stone for 60 seconds. Notice the texture. Notice the temperature. This is called grounding and it’s one of the simplest ways to remind an overstimulated body that it is safe, supported, held. It’s the same earthy anchor our animal companions offer us without even trying.
