Still my favorite supplement company ✨
After so many years of being a trainer, has been a constant in my routine as well as help my clients achieve their goals.
Legion is like your one-stop-shop for supplements. It’s always high quality with them & I never have to question if their dosing is enough for me to see a difference.
They have it all:
• protein powders (whey, casein, vegan & egg)
• protein bars (the only one I’ve ever found with good fiber content)
• creatine (drink & gummies)
• pre workout (stim & non-stim)
• fat burners that actually help
• and my new fav electrolytes
… not to mention about every vitamin you could need as an athlete.
My code “FITFEARLESS” helps save on EVERY order at along with supporting my partnership with them!

All foods fit 🍽️
But i always use the guide to build your plate:
• protein first
• healthy fats next
• fill with fiber
• include micronutrients
It’s so easy and leaves you feeling full & satisfied. This way of building your plate encourages real Whole Foods and less processed, high sugar & trans fat foods.

Weight loss tells me nothing about how your body has changed. If you really want to lose weight, just chop off an arm! That’ll be the fastest way… see what I did there 😉 you’re probably still going to be unhappy with the way your body looks and how you feel throughout the day.
But FAT loss? Now that’s something to lift up 💪🏽 we lose fat by building a body that is composed of MORE muscle. You do this by lifting weights, eating protein, and recovering. It’s way harder than just “weight loss”.
But the outcomes of building muscle are everything you want:
•better fitting clothes
•more energy
•more confidence
• stronger physically
• and increased longevity
Weight loss can’t give you those things. But building muscle can.
The more muscle you have = the less fat your body is composed of.
So stop with the scale goals - that’s the easy way out. If you really want results, start building a body you’re proud of 💪🏽✨

130 grams of protein a day is super easy over here because I’ve been doing this for 10 years 🤣 so here’s some EASY tricks to add more protein into those meals:
🦴 bone broth rice: yep, this is an easy way to add 10 grams of protein to your meal! makes fun flavors with options like beef or chicken
🥚 add egg: egg by itself isn’t super high in protein but when combined with a beef or chicken dish, can add that edge to get you to at least 30-40 grams. I love adding egg to Asian stirfry or pasta!
🥄 find sides that have extra protein: quinoa instead or rice adds extra protein even if it’s primarily a carb!
🥢 when ordering out… double the protein. It normally costs a bit extra but will be worth it when you are tempted to get carby sides, but are too full!

Functional strength workout 🏋🏽♀️
Really love training like this 💪🏽 one, for my running performance. I love using exercises that are dynamic, multi-planar and use multiple muscles to increase my performance.
Here’s my workout:
• tick-tock lunges, to work on driving my legs through the hip joint with weight and working on the joints around it(knees, ankles, hips). So good for runners!
• single arm squat & press - uses lower & upper body power + unilateral strength. Can do with a dumbbell, but i prefer kettlebell to feel more real-life like
• Russian twists - if doing them properly you should feel NOTHING in your hip flexors. Thats why i prefer feet down, i can focus on rotating through my torso and the engagement of my obliques
• renegade rows - love these less for back strength, more for wrist and core strength. I’ve taken some falls while running and building my wrist strength is so important to me for healing and prevention of breaking with future falls!
