Sometimes the girlies come to class ready to train. And sometimes they come to class ready to SERVE. 🔥

These three walked into Pole Level 1 last night looking so damn good that obviously I had to stop everything and take a picture. 😂

Most of the time in our curriculum classes, people are wearing whatever makes sense for training. But every now and then, somebody is FEELING HERSELF and shows up looking dead sexy.

And we are 100% here for it.

At Studieaux Heaux, we don’t have clothing restrictions beyond one very simple rule: your private bits need to stay covered. That’s it.

Because we want women to have the freedom to explore.

What makes you feel sexy?
What makes you feel beautiful?
What makes you feel seen?
What makes you look in the mirror and think, DAMN, GIRL.

Sometimes that’s b***y shorts and a sports bra.

And sometimes you show up to Pole 1 looking like THIS. 😍

I love this photo. I love these ladies. And I absolutely LOVE watching women step into their baddest-bitch selves.

Ready to take your pole journey for a spin? 🌀💗

Spin Pole Prep is the one class on our schedule specifically designed to help you take the skills you’ve learned on static pole and figure out what happens when we add SPIN.

Because spoiler alert: everything changes. 😂

This isn’t a brand-new beginner class. You need enough pole experience that Aiesha can coach you through the skills she’s teaching—you should be comfortable climbing to the top of the pole and holding a solid pole sit.

And I’m gonna tell you something: this class can look intimidating from the outside.

A lot of our regulars have been taking Spin Pole for a long time. They’re strong. They’re comfortable spinning. They’re doing cool s**t.

They didn’t start that way.

Every student I’ve watched consistently add Spin Pole into their training has made leaps and bounds in their pole journey. You build strength, body awareness, control, endurance, and an entirely different understanding of the skills you already know.

So don’t wait until you think you’re “good enough” for Spin Pole.

If you’ve got your foundational skills and you’re serious about progressing, come learn.

Your static skills got you here. Now let’s teach them to spin.

When you book a private party at Studieaux Heaux, your choreography is YOUR choreography. 💗

We don’t pull out the same routine every weekend and teach it to every group that walks through the door.

You choose your song, and I create something brand new specifically for your party—something fun, sexy, and challenging enough to make you feel accomplished, while still being completely doable for someone who may have walked into a pole studio for the very first time that day.

Yesterday’s party got this little number. 🔥

Funny enough, this isn’t actually the song I choreographed it to. 😂 They arrived with a different song they wanted to dance to, we put it on, and somehow the choreography worked PERFECTLY.

And THAT’S part of what makes private parties so much fun.

Everybody gets something new.
Everybody gets something special.
And by the end, everybody gets a chance to feel like their sexiest damn self. 💃🔥

And let me tell you…

Yesterday’s birthday girlies were ON FIRE.

Stay tuned, because later today I’m showing you what happened when they took this choreography and made it their own. 👀💗

What if Open Studio came with a coach? 👀

That’s basically what our Pole Workshop class is.

There’s no curriculum and no predetermined lesson plan. Instead, you bring whatever YOU want to work on.

Something from the curriculum you’re struggling with? Bring it.

A move from another class you want to clean up? Yep.

Something you saw on social media and immediately thought, I NEED TO DO THAT? 😂 Bring that too.

Something completely outside our curriculum? Absolutely.

You get the freedom of Open Studio, but with someone there to help you break down the mechanics, figure out progressions, troubleshoot what’s not working, spot you when needed, and help you determine how to actually train toward the skill.

And this video is just a collection of all the completely different things our students decided to tackle Thursday night. 😍

We alternate this class throughout the year, and August is Pole Workshop month! Next month we’ll switch things up with Pole Tricks.

So if this kind of choose-your-own-adventure learning sounds like your jam, come play with us:

💗 Thursdays at 6:30 PM — throughout August

You bring the challenge. We’ll help you figure out how to get there.

Today we’re highlighting all the beautiful things the girlies were doing on silks last night. 😍

First up: the lovely Robyn, one of our instructors, learning this ridiculously cool split and making flying through the air look like a perfectly reasonable thing humans should be able to do. 😂

Want to fly high like our girlies do?

Your journey starts with Intro to Silks & Sling — Friday nights at 6 PM, and it’s completely FREE. 💜

Come learn the basics, meet your new aerial family, and take that first step toward doing cool s**t like this someday.

Everybody starts somewhere. Come start with us.

This is why we start on the floor. 💜

The beautiful Jane absolutely crushed this progression in Pole Level 2 this week.

When I introduce shoulder mounts, we start from a bridge position on the floor. Not because I’m babying the skill (although my students occasionally think I am 😂), but because I want their bodies to understand the mechanics before we add height.

Shoulder mounts require you to understand that lock on your trap, your cup grip, and how your body needs to organize itself—and yes, they hurt.

If something hurts or feels wrong six feet in the air and you panic and bail, that’s when injuries can happen. If you’re six inches off the floor? You put your feet down.

So we learn it low. We make it safe. And lately, we’ve been turning that learning process into low flow.

Jane’s assignment here:

✨ Shoulder mount from a bridge
✨ Find her chopper
✨ Push into inverted crucifix
✨ Find a handstand and a shape
✨ Come safely back down

And eventually we can take that same sequence and add the inverted-crucifix-to-Jasmine transition I showed you yesterday.

Suddenly, something that started as a beginner progression on the floor becomes the foundation for a beautiful combo that travels right up the pole.

Start low. Learn the mechanics. Build confidence. Then we take it higher.

Jane did such a beautiful job putting all the pieces together. 💜

The studio was ON FIRE last night. 🔥

People were doing so many amazing things that I basically spent the entire night running around with my phone—and this was just ONE of them.

Every now and then, my slightly unhinged brain looks at a perfectly normal pole skill and goes, “WAIT. What if we did THIS?!” 😂

Everyone looks at me like I’ve lost my mind.

Then I get ridiculously excited about my idea, they agree to try it mostly to make me happy…

AND THEN THEY NAIL IT. 😍

Our poles are a little closer together than you’ll find in many studios, and last night my brain realized that gave us the perfect setup for this adorable little doubles moment on spin.

And LOOK AT THEM. 💜

For my pole people who immediately want to play with it: they’re spinning in opposite directions with opposite lead legs to make the shapes come together.

Sometimes the best part of class is learning the curriculum.

And sometimes it’s letting my weird little brain say, “Okay, but what if…?” and seeing what happens. 😂

Happy Monday morning! 💜

And really, is there any better way to start the week than with a beautiful woman twirling around a pole? 😍

This particular beautiful woman happens to be one of my favorites. You see her A LOT around here because, quite frankly, she’s just so dang good at everything she does.

Strong. Beautiful. Graceful. And making it all look ridiculously easy.

Maybe watching her this morning is your sign that it’s finally time to come join us at Studieaux Heaux.

And if it is, August is a pretty damn good month to start. 🎂🎁

We’re celebrating my birthday ALL MONTH LONG with bonus classes when you purchase a class pack:

✨ Buy 3 classes → Get 1 FREE
✨ Buy 5 classes → Get 2 FREE
✨ Buy 10 classes → Get 3 FREE

So pop on over, fill your cart, and begin your journey.

Maybe someday soon, you’ll be the beautiful woman twirling around the pole on somebody else’s Monday morning. 💜

Sometimes the song wins the first few rounds. 😂

This morning I put together choreography for a private birthday party, and the Queen of the party chose “Overthink” by Wale for her song.

And y’all… she challenged me with this one. 😂

I had a hard time finding the flow. I would put something together, listen again, change it, move things around, and keep searching for movement that felt right with the music.

But eventually it clicked.

And in the end, I put together something I’m really proud of—something that’s going to be fun, a little challenging, and hopefully make our birthday girl and all of her guests feel AMAZING while they’re doing it. 👑💜

Sometimes choreography flows out of you.

Sometimes you have to fight with it a little first.

But that’s part of the fun.

Now I’m ready for the birthday crew to get here and bring it to life. 🎉

Can we all take a second to appreciate Candace and Adam? 😍

This beautiful sequence didn’t happen by accident.

It took weeks of practice, trust, communication, and learning exactly how to move together.

One of the biggest misconceptions about acro yoga is that it’s just about strength.

It’s not.

It’s about listening to your own body, communicating what you feel, and responding to what your partner is feeling—all in real time.

That’s one of the reasons I love having acro yoga at Studieaux Heaux.

Yes, you’ll build strength.
Yes, you’ll learn incredible skills.

But you’ll also practice something we could all use a little more of: communication.

You can’t assume your partner knows what you need.
You have to feel it, say it, adjust, and work together.

Honestly… I’ve always thought acro yoga would be one of the best activities for couples. Not because it’s romantic, but because it teaches you how to listen, communicate, trust, and solve problems together.

If you’re curious about giving it a try, check out our schedule or send us a DM, and we’ll let you know when the next acro yoga class is.

Who knows… you might just discover your new favorite way to connect. 💜
