At 79 years old, John is a Vietnam veteran, a farmer, and retired after a career working on the railroad. And, John plays tennis in Florence three times a week.
We could not do what we do without volunteers like John.
Yesterday, John took time out of his day to help set up a generator, blower, and tent. Today, he dropped off supplies, went to sing in the choir, and is coming back again this evening to lend a hand.
Thank you, John, and all of the volunteers who make our mission possible: to improve lives and build healthier communities in South Carolina by growing and promoting tennis as a lifelong sport.
