Shoutout to our August Committed Club, the athletes who showed up and put in the work 16+ times this month!

That’s at least 4 classes a week of choosing to get stronger, fitter, and better. Some days you felt great. Some days you probably didn’t want to walk through the door. But you showed up anyway.

🚨 We’ll be open LABOR DAY: Monday, September 7th, running 3 class times only. 🚨 Classes will be at 6am, 7am, and 8am. Saturday, September 5th, and Tuesday, September 8th will be normal scheduled hours. See you in the gym!

What an incredible weekend! Huge shoutout to Powerhouse Weightlifting for putting on an outstanding competition and to the CFSC members who stepped up and competed at the Soda City Classic. 💪

And a HUGE congratulations to Jonathan Zheng Laporte and Steve Johnston for qualifying for the Arnold! 🏆🔥 What an accomplishment!

We also want to give a massive thank you to all of our CFSC members who showed up, cheered loud, and supported our athletes. The energy and community were absolutely amazing! ❤️

🔥 Soda City Classic kicks off at 8AM this Saturday at CrossFit Soda City!
The 9am CrossFit class will be closed for the competition as athletes from across South Carolina battle it out in Columbia. Come witness the energy, grit, and community that define Soda City.
$5 admission and you get a raffle ticket. Come support our lifting community this Saturday! 💪
