MOTIVATION MONDAY
DON’T QUIT.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because you feel motivated every day.
But because every time you show up, you’re proving to yourself that you can keep going.
Some days the win is crushing your workout.
Other days, the win is simply walking through the door.
Keep showing up. Keep moving. Keep going.

FORM FRIDAY - High Plank
Think about pushing the floor away from you. This helps engage your shoulders and upper body instead of just hanging into your joints.
For proper high-plank form:
* Place your hands directly under your shoulders, about shoulder-width apart.
* Keep your arms straight without aggressively locking your elbows.
* Spread your fingers and press firmly through your palms.
* Keep your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.
* Brace your core and squeeze your glutes.
* Keep your hips from sagging down or lifting too high.
* Keep your neck neutral, look at the floor slightly in front of your hands.
* Keep breathing!

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY
Don’t skip the stretch. Your body will thank you.
Strength training challenges your muscles, but stretching and mobility help keep them moving well.
Taking just 10–15 minutes to stretch or practice yoga can:
• Improve flexibility and mobility
• Reduce muscle tightness
• Support recovery
• Improve posture
• Help prevent injury
• Leave you feeling refreshed and recharged
Recovery isn’t about doing nothing it’s about giving your body what it needs to come back stronger.
Move well. Recover well. Feel your best.
