📣 CBAA is looking for a Vice President!
CBAA is currently looking for a Vice President to join our board. Please note that CBAA is a working board, so this is an active volunteer position. We are looking for someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves, help behind the scenes, and work alongside the rest of the board to keep our organization moving forward.
Our biggest needs for the VP will include:
🏟️ Working alongside the Glatfelter Memorial Board and helping maintain a strong relationship between our organizations.
📅 Helping coordinate game schedules for our spring and fall sports and working with commissioners to make sure schedules and field needs are communicated and organized.
📝 Helping ensure paperwork and deadlines are completed, including league requirements, permits, forms, and other organizational needs.
📣 Supporting our commissioners and coaches by helping communicate information and making sure they have the resources they need.
🤝 Helping with events, fundraisers, facilities, and other board projects throughout the year.
💡 Being willing to jump in wherever needed. Like any volunteer organization, there are always things that come up that aren’t necessarily assigned to one specific person.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, communicative, a team player, and willing to be involved. You don’t need to know everything about running a youth sports organization — we’re all learning and working together — but you do need to be willing to help.
CBAA is made up of volunteers who are parents, employees, and members of our community. We are looking for someone who wants to help make a difference for the athletes and families in our community.
