Stop by and check out the fly tying walls at the new shop. We finished setting up the flash and dubbing wall this evening to go along with the hooks, beads, hair and feather walls.
We are in our new location, and we are open for business (albeit far from operating at 100%), but Comcast is Comcasting, and our phones don't work. Hopefully they will be operating tomorrow morning. Come see us at the new location: 4416 Austin Bluffs Parkway, 80918!

Big News! We are now at our new location and will be open for business, hopefully by Tuesday, June 2nd. Things will be a bit rough-around-the-edges while we sort things and get them into place, but we know you're going to love our bigger and better digs!
Come see us really soon at our new Colorado Springs location at 4416 Austin Bluffs Parkway (80919) - in the Market Center shopping center, behind Albertacos, just a few doors from WoodCraft and Ruth's Stitchery, east from Academy on Austin Bluffs near the intersection with Barnes Road!
Sorry for the delay; Sherry has a post-op follow-up this morning she needs a ride to. We will be opening around 11:30am!

Here's an update from Denver Water on the closure of Antero Reservoir so many of you have asked us about. The likely outcome of this will be augmented flows for a good chunk of the summer as water is relocated to Cheesman Reservoir.
This is, really, the 'least bad' option available, and the best course of action to mitigate both evaporation and the impacts of drought on the South Platte River system.
We will keep you updated as we learn more.
Several of you have asked how this will impact Spinney Mountain Reservoir, which is already around 40% of its capacity. We don't fully know, but likely the water moving into Spinney will move through just as quickly. This could cool the reservoir a bit, but not likely to result in any fillage. Spinney is not a drought reservoir, and is owned by Aurora, not Denver, so I would not expect anyone to plan to vacate it. We will update you if we hear anything, but, my gut tells me to expect low water in Spinney but the outflow to match the inflow.
