Congratulations to our Veterans Wellness Graduates! 🎉💙

Yesterday we honored our veterans who completed this 12 week wellness initiative program which includes activities such as yoga, personal training, classes, and more. While this program is designed to support heath, fitness, and connection, this program also provides a strong support network for veterans and their spouses/partners of all ages and abilities.

Each graduate of our YMCA Veterans Wellness Initiative received a Challenge Coin—a military tradition symbolizing service, commitment, and belonging. More than a coin, it represents every workout, every challenge overcome, and every connection made along the journey. May it always remind them of their strength, resilience, and that their YMCA family will always stand beside them. 💙
