Being recognized by TIME as a TIME 100 Sports Honoree is an incredible honor—not just because of the company I’m standing alongside. This list includes some of the most iconic athletes, pioneers, and voices in sport and broadcasting. To be mentioned among them is something I never could have imagined.
But what makes this recognition even more meaningful is being included as a Paralympian.
This honor feels bigger than me. It represents how far the Paralympic movement has come and the continued progress toward a future where athletes with disabilities are not only visible, but celebrated alongside professional and Olympic athletes on the world’s biggest stages.
Thank you, TIME, for this incredible recognition and for helping elevate the stories of Paralymians and people with disabilities everywhere. Representation matters. Visibility matters. And being seen matters.
2026 has already been special in more ways than I ever imagined, and this moment somehow tops it all.
Grateful. Humbled. Inspired to keep pushing forward—for myself, for the next generation, and for everyone who has ever wondered if they belonged in these spaces.❤️❤️❤️
