Think you need an SSF Eligibility Course to purchase ANY semi-automatic handgun?

That’s not the case.

Most handguns are NOT included in the new SSF requirements. SB25-003 specifically excludes single- or double-action semiautomatic handguns that use recoil to cycle the action.
