I got the news today.

THE CANCER IS GONE!!!

To every single one of you who prayed, sent a message, checked in, shared your own story, made me laugh, or simply held me in your heart… thank you. I don’t have the words to tell you how much your love carried me through these past weeks. There were moments when I felt scared, overwhelmed, and uncertain, and your kindness reminded me that I was never walking this road alone.

I still have appointments, decisions, and treatment ahead. But today, I’m celebrating this incredible victory with a heart overflowing with gratitude.

Something unexpected happened along the way. What began as a breast cancer diagnosis became something much bigger in my heart. I saw firsthand the fear, confusion, and loneliness that can come between a diagnosis and knowing what comes next. I also discovered the extraordinary power of people showing up for one another. Because of that, this experience won’t end with me.

In the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing something that’s been growing quietly in my heart a way to help other women navigate this journey with hope, answers, and support.

For today, though, I simply want to say thank you.

What a week! never disappoints. Every year, I’m reminded of the remarkable growth our profession has experienced, and I’m genuinely excited about the future ahead.
From a productive site visit with the New Orleans Saints to the energy of Nat Con kicking off on Wednesday, it’s been an outstanding week of learning and connection. There’s nothing quite like the meaningful conversations and face-to-face networking that happen in the hallways truly one of the greatest gifts of our profession.
Big things are coming from the NSCA. Stay tuned!

Jon Lynch and I visited with New Orleans Saints Assistant Strength And Conditioning Coach Luke Lancaster today. Absolutely loved talking shop with him and their Director of Sports Nutrition, Jaime Meeks, so much great energy and awesome knowledge share, what a fantastic visit! ⚜️💪🏼

Excited to be presenting at the 2026 AFCA (American Football Coaches Association) conference in Charlotte North Carolina. Always continuing to educate football coaches on how to build safe practices and faster, stronger, and better athletes . Should be fun.!
