I’m leaving Houston feeling so grateful and renewed 💫 And the best part is my daughter will be living here soon! That means more reasons to explore this city and more opportunities to train when I travel 😍

Traveling and pushing yourself — physically, mentally, emotionally — it grows you in ways that feel so permanent 🌱 I feel so blessed and so loved 🙏

This week I’m in Miami at the Valente Brothers headquarters 🌴 for my 12th seminar since starting jujutsu in 2020 🥋 I’ve been looking for a holistic experience like this my whole life.

This system has it all: body, spirit, mind ✨ I love that I’m learning real street self-defense with no rules, no “points,” no talk of “winning” — it’s philosophical, it’s practical, it’s everything I think everyone needs 💯

Thank you to my family, friends, and students who help me grow and who support everything I train so hard for 🙌 This is life. This is fun. This is my heart. And you’re all a part of it 🤍

A Saturday class surprise 🐝💫a wasp suddenly appeared overhead... it flew out with purpose 🌊. Paused to say goodbye, was kinda therapeutic. A profound (and kinda humorous) reminder of transformation, productivity, and protection 💪 🙌
