It is with the heaviest and most broken heart that we say goodbye to one of our most treasured gym family members. Matthew, there's so much to say. You lit up the room every time you walked in. A day didn't go by that you didn't have a smile on your face walking into the gym. You will always be one of the hardest workers in the room. You helped out every time I needed you. Everyone knows you, loves you and will miss you terribly. Our hearts will never be the same. I know you will always be with us. We just deadlifted together on Saturday. You were so excited to join in. You came in to do shoulders and when you saw us deadliftig, you changed your mind real quick😊. We'll always have a spot for you, Matthew. Bar is loaded.
