Tight, overactive hip flexors can limit speed, power, and efficient movement.
In this drill, an elite athlete is performing a yielding isometric squat while connected to the Nubie direct current neuromuscular electrical stimulation system.
The goal isn't simply to make her stronger. It's to reduce overactivity in the hip flexors, decrease painful compensation patterns, and help the nervous system recruit the right muscles at the right time.
Holding the isometric squat for 45 seconds builds stability and strength while the electrical stimulation reinforces healthier muscle activation patterns.
Once we reduce unnecessary compensation, she can produce force more efficiently—which translates to better acceleration, speed, and lower-body power.
Sometimes performance isn't about adding more work. It's about helping the body stop relying on the wrong muscles.
Peak Health and Performance
Find real answers. Overcome pain and fatigue. Get your life back.
From crutches to running in just two weeks.
This D1 college football athlete came to us with a Grade 2 ankle sprain, significant swelling, bruising, and limited mobility. His goal: return to summer flag football training and prepare for the upcoming fall season.
Using the Neubie direct current system, we targeted pain reduction, swelling management, and restoration of the brain-to-muscle connection that's often disrupted after injury.
In this progression, we're combining:
✅ Split-stance medicine ball throws to improve force production and stability
✅ Force absorption drills to safely reintroduce athletic movement
✅ Backward ladder footwork to challenge coordination, ankle control, reaction time, and multidirectional movement patterns
The ladder drill isn't just about moving fast—it's about teaching the body to regain confidence, control, and efficiency while under neurological stimulation.
Recovery isn't just about healing tissue. It's about restoring movement, performance, and confidence.

Direct Current Electrical Foot Bath!
Fast-Track Your Bone Bruise Recovery ⏱️👟
What if you could slash your recovery timeline in half? A deep bone bruise can sideline you for months of passive rest. The Neubie changes that.
Using targeted Direct Current (DC), it actively accelerates bone remodeling to get you back to peak performance weeks ahead of schedule:
Speeds Cellular Repair: Stimulates natural healing at the bone level.
Resets Muscle Guarding: Instantly unlocks the joints and muscles holding you back.
Flushes Deep Edema: Clears internal fluid buildup to crush that deep, aching pain.
The Edge: Over 90% of athletes report tangible progress—including immediate pain reduction—in their very first session. 📈💪
Stop waiting out the clock and letting an injury dictate your season.

A horse fell on this cowboy’s leg, fracturing both his tibia and fibula.
8 weeks later… he was back riding and training horses again.
Using Winback TECAR Therapy alongside progressive rehab, we focused on reducing pain and inflammation, pumping swelling out of the leg, accelerating bone formation, and rebuilding force absorption under movement.
Here he’s using the SkiErg while connected to the Winback to restore lower-leg function, stability, and performance in real time.
Using Direct Current Neurotherapy with the NEUBIE, we first map brain-body disconnects to identify areas that aren’t firing efficiently.
From there, we challenge the system with reactive BOSU lunges while holding a 10lb Tidal Tank Aqua Bag. The unstable surface and shifting water force the body to react, stabilize, and coordinate in real time.
This type of training challenges stabilizer muscles, balance, coordination, and neuromuscular control — ALL while exposing weak links and movement compensations.

Scott Moore — 21x USA Pickleball National Champion.
Today he’s going through our Master Reset Neurotherapy Protocol using the Neubie.
Most athletes push harder when their body is already stuck in a high-stress, overtrained state.
We don’t do that.
We train athletes to adapt, recover, and perform—not burn out.
The Neubie uses direct current to stimulate the nervous system, helping:
• Improve brain-to-body connection
• Reduce protective tension
• Restore efficient movement
• Support faster recovery
When the body feels safe and connected again, it can finally come out of that constant stress mode—and that’s when real performance happens.
That’s how we redirect, educate, and elevate our athletes.
