Looking at much of the content shared on social media today, so much of the focus remains strictly on technique. While the "how-to" is essential, the traditional concepts, rich history, and core philosophy behind what we do are just as critical—and often overlooked. I’ve decided to restart these weekly messages to focus specifically on those deeper principles.
