Join us for a Self Rescue Class this Thursday from 6-9pm! Learn the skills necessary to implement a single-pitch rock rescue. This course offers the tools needed to take care of the problem before it becomes an institutional rescue. Truly a must have skill set for all climbers. In partnership with Pikes Peak Alpine School

IT’S HAPPENING!!! It’s actually been happening for a while but you can finally see the building coming together! Steel is going up for CityROCK North! The tallest part of the building is basically framed in. They have trenched for utilities and we are already having to make decisions about internet providers, etc. so they don’t have to rip up sidewalks later on to get these in.
If you’re driving on I-25 or Interquest, CR North should be easily visible now!

Thursday: Setting new autobelay routes for Bob’s Wall.

Typical workweek: Full time, 38-50 hours per week, days/evenings/weekends required
Job summary: The Director of Education is responsible for helping CityROCK’s climbers of all ages go more up by developing, implementing, and continually improving all educational and climbing related fitness programs. This role oversees curriculum design, risk mitigation instruction, staff performance, customer experience, and departmental profitability across both youth and adult education. The director manages coaches, program leads, and independent fitness contractors, ensuring high quality instruction and a safe, welcoming, progressive learning environment.
This role will be a key driver in launching and shaping the programs department at CityROCK’s second location, opening in the latter half of 2027.

Monday: Finishing the OG reset and working on the Lead and "S" Wall.
Tuesday: Working on lots of new boulder problems for the Slab/North End and we'll set a few on the 45.
Wednesday: More routes for the Lead and "S" Wall in the works.
Thursday: Resetting the autobelay lane on the left Slab.

We want to let you all know that Rocky Mountain Field Institute has a brewery fundraiser on July 18 from 12-5PM at Mash Mechanix.
