Today is not just any 4th of July. Today, we stand together to celebrate a historic milestone: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟱𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮! 🎆

Two and a half centuries ago, a journey of independence, resilience, and unity began. On the mat, we talk a lot about what it takes to build something that lasts: dedication, respect, perseverance, and a strong community. Those are the exact same values that have shaped this nation for 250 years.

Whether you're teaching your kids their first punch, cheering them on at testing, or training alongside them on the mat, you're building more than just strong bodies… you're building strong character, discipline, and family bonds that last a lifetime.

Our spider plants have been thriving, and we have lots of healthy baby plants ready for new homes!

Spider plants are easy to care for, great for beginners, and known for helping improve indoor air quality. They’re a wonderful way to bring a little more green into your home or office.

As a small gift to our community, we’re offering these plant babies free while supplies last.
