Ta Mo Cane training this Saturday at our annual visit where Masters, Instructors, and students from our sister schools come to test and train with the Sr. Elder Masters!

Open to all levels to learn one of the most rare and practical Shao-lin weapons!

Switched things up a bit tonight with a mix of:

☯️ soft chi kung focused on centering harmonizing our three Tan Tiens and the full essence areas of us each of them influence

☯️ and hard chi kung for an even bigger energy build and tension release

The whole set really got our energy opened and flowing!

They loved the greater release and unfettered focus they were able to experience.

And I poured so much intention into my own experience along with them, I feel over-the-top amazing.

Perfect way to end the work week and enter the weekend with such peace and high vibes!

Their last pretest over styles like Pa Kua, Shantung Black Tiger, Spears, Mantis, and Yang Tai Chi went really well and they've been polishing up for the final test these past 4 months!

You guys are going to do GREAT!

The smoke haze wasn't bad, maybe because we had extra breeze around us.

Yesterday, we channeled legends like the Drunken Immortals and General Kwan Kung (Guan Yu) through our Shaolin card deck all the way from Honan!

Black Belts pushed themselves with a variation on our kung fu circuit training (2 cycles, 30 seconds each), this time left to chance when Master Tanisha pulled 13 random cards to determine each station, such as:

🀄 Lohans
🀄 I Chin Ching
🀄 Kwan Tao form
🀄 Hua Mountain Fist
🀄 Tiger Crane
🀄 Cartwheel kicks!

Later, Lower Belts pulled random cards for Master Tanisha to drill them based on the position and styles on the cards - brand new exposure for them to
